JEFF VACA
Born and raised in the Sacramento area, Jeff Vaca knew from an early age that music was going to be an obsession. Over the years, his favorites have spanned the globe of genres from classic rock and R&B to country & western and bluegrass, from punk and new wave to post-punk and rap. Vaca is currently the director of governmental relations for the California Association of School Business Officials.
